Kids KungFu Classes

KungFu teaches kids discipline, patience and restraint, improving concentration, hand and eye coordination and overall fitness. It is a great way to get kids away from the TV screen, be more physically active and have fun at the same time, making new friends and improving their social skills.

The stretching and strenuous body movements of KungFu are not just good physical workouts. It helps a child build strong muscles and bones, and develop a healthy heart, which is essential for healthy, growing bodies.
Learning KungFu is an intensive workout, for the body and the mind.
